How You Met: He (Coleman) is my (Bryanna’s) high school sweetheart. We started dating when I was 17. We stayed together throughout college as well.
The Proposal: He told me that his friend wanted to make a video for his videography classes. I thought that was weird but did not think anything of it. He let his friend take charge, which was good because it made the videography story more believable. We went to the river in town and there was a chapel. I remember thinking that we should probably leave because the whole place was decorated with flowers going down the aisle. I thought there was a wedding about to happen because it was a Sunday. His friend then asked us to walk down the aisle together for the video. This shows how gullible I really am because I had no idea until he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. It was a dream!
Favorite Moment: Before the ceremony, Coleman and I and the entire wedding party went to the house and just hung out an hour before the ceremony. All the pictures were done, and the busyness of the day had died down. We just relaxed. It was my family and his and all the groomsmen and bridesmaids. We all prayed together before walking down the aisle, and it was the most amazing thing.
