1.5 ounces Makers Mark
1/2 Antica Sweet Vermouth
3 dashes ginger bitters
Marinated peaches, muddled
Smoke-infused ice cube
Stir all ingredients in an old fashioned glass and garnish with bourbon cherry.

Dark and Stormy
1.5 Meyers Dark Rum
2 lime wedges
2-3 blackberries
Ginger beer
Muddle blackberries in shaker and add fresh squeezed lime juice and rum. Shake and strain over ice. Top remainder of glass with ginger beer. Garnish with lime.

1 ounce Absolut Vodka
1/2 ounces St. Germaine Elderflower
1.25 ounces Ruby Red Grapefruit
.25 ounces Rosemary Simple Syrup
2 lime wedges
Splash soda
Put all ingredients in shaker, shake and strain over ice. Garnish with lime and rosemary sprig.
